Payment Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every tour, activity, and transport service booked with xBaliTours, online on this website or directly with our team. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and to our Return & Refund Policy.

   Booking Confirmation

   A reservation is confirmed only after xBaliTours receives the required deposit or payment and issues a booking confirmation.

   Deposit & Balance

   The deposit amount and remaining balance, if applicable, will be stated in the booking confirmation or invoice. The balance must be paid by the agreed deadline.

   Accepted Methods

   Online bookings on this website are paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or QRIS through our secure payment partner Xendit. Bookings arranged with our team via WhatsApp can also be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Cash payments in Indonesian Rupiah may be accepted for eligible services as agreed in advance.

   Payment Currency & Fees

   Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless otherwise stated. A 5% fee applies to PayPal payments. Bank transfer, exchange rate, or intermediary fees are the customer's responsibility.

   Proof of Payment

   Customers paying by bank transfer or PayPal should send the payment confirmation or transfer receipt to xBaliTours for verification. Online payments by card or QRIS are confirmed automatically.

   Late or Unpaid Balance

   If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, xBaliTours may place the reservation on hold or cancel it, subject to any applicable cancellation charges.

7. 7

   Additional Charges

   Any agreed extra hours, additional destinations, services, or purchases not included in the booking are charged separately.
